Write It Out Day Retreats
Write It Out Day retreats feature a mix of structured and unstructured time. Structured time includes meditation, light movement, and guided writing activities. The unstructured time allows for writers to focus on their individual projects, with writing prompts and activities provided as needed.
Breakfast and lunch are included, along with tea and coffee. This retreat and is offered on a sliding scale of $80-$100 for the day.

Custom Retreats
Whether you are interested in writing, mindfulness, or both, I can craft a retreat experience to cultivate inspiration and provide restoration for your group. The retreat experience can be structured, unstructured, or something in between.
Possibilities include daily yoga, meditation, writing discussion and workshops, one-on-one time with me, or simply having a space where you don’t have to worry about meals and can focus on your work. Reach out and we can start planning!
Workshops
I am pleased to offer in person and virtual writing workshops and am also available to develop and offer writing workshops for your organization or workplace. Writing workshops are interactive experiences that present writing activities that help you develop and refine your writing skills, or they can be guided discussion and critique of your works-in-progress.
Teaching Services
I have several years of teaching experience in writing, literature, and communication. I am happy to assist with or to develop curriculum and classes for small groups, ranging from single lessons to a full course. Possible topics include: essay writing, interpreting poetry and fiction; understanding figurative language; American Literature courses, public speaking, interpersonal communication, diversity and inclusion, and English language conversation groups.

Payment:
Payment will most often be needed in advance of the retreat, workshop, or teaching event in order to secure resources. Refund and cancellation options will depend upon the service being offered, and will be outlined as we plan your event.
