Mindfulness Services

I began my yoga practice at fourteen, first with pranayama (breathwork) and later with asana (physical postures). Along with yoga, I’ve been an avid journal writer throughout my life, which I later realized is a perfect complement to mindfulness practices. While I have, at times, fallen away from each, yoga and writing are a consistent part of my life in one form or another. 

In 2019, I began my yoga teacher training with Rebecca Hardy Jensen at Mountain Harmony Yoga and Bodywork in Alamosa, CO, and completed my 200 hour certification in 2020. 

I taught in-person classes at Sweetgrass Therapeutics in Alamosa for three years, but am stepping away to focus on my personal practice. I have led virtual yoga classes in the past.

Possibilities include: yoga classes for individuals or groups, virtual or in-person, meditation workshops, and mindful writing guidance for individuals or groups.

Rates & Contracting Services


For virtual classes and workshops, depending on your needs, length of time, and number of people, services can be as little as $5 per person.

Payment: 

For classes, payment will be completed at time of the service. For workshops, registration and payments will be taken in advance. Cancellation and refunds will depend in part on the nature of the workshop, and the resources needed for preparation. We can discuss such terms as we make the plans that will work best for you and your needs.
